In the morning, heads of each core business division presented their year-end reports:

Rebecca from Award Mortgage highlighted achievements in market expansion, product innovation, and customer engagement. Looking to 2025, the team will strengthen market penetration and enhance cross-border financial offerings.
Jeffery and Jackson from Global Realty reviewed Australia’s 2024 property market and shared forecasts for 2025. They announced plans to deepen presence in existing hubs while expanding into new markets such as Perth, Adelaide, and Canberra.
Zoe from Global Pay emphasised major brand innovations and announced the next stage of global expansion, with a focus on high-net-worth clients seeking tailored international asset allocation services.
Edison presented the growing role of the Overseas One-Stop Service, which will continue to integrate Award Global’s internal resources to provide full-spectrum support for outbound individuals and enterprises.

In the afternoon, each department head signed a formal “performance pledge” for 2025, reinforcing their commitment to annual targets. This moment of accountability united all teams under a shared mission and ignited a collective drive for excellence in the year ahead.
