With an academic background in Accounting and Finance, Karissa earned her place soon after entering the mortgage industry. She has developed her professional skills through several years of working experience in the financial and mortgage industry and built an extensive network within the industry. Through hard work and strong dedication, she has proved to be one of the critical members of Award Global.
Jasmine Bi
GR Operations Manager
Jasmine is the operations manager of GR, responsible for the real estate selling, leasing and resale sectors. She has strong interpersonal communication skills, and after five years of hard work, she developed extensive experience in the real estate industry. Jasmine’s standout professional skills are recognised by many clients and within the company.
Oscar Zhuo
Award Global Partner
Oscar is an MFAA Certified Mentor with extensive experience and networks in the financial and mortgage industries. He has a double master’s degree in Information Technology and is also an MBA candidate at the University of NSW. Oscar speaks Mandarin and English and has substantial knowledge in sales, credit, technology and team management.

With working experience in the major banks of Singapore and Australia, Aaron has brilliant inter-personal communication skills and problem-solving abilities. Being dissatisfied with an ordinary life and by having a desire to take on challenges, he chose to join Award Global.
