From 11–14 December 2025, Award Global celebrated its 20th Anniversary in Sydney.
Team members from across Australia and overseas gathered in Sydney, joined by valued partners and guests from the finance, property, accounting and legal sectors.
This was more than an annual gathering — it was a clear declaration of Award Global’s position: grounded in Australia, connected to the world.
Built on Professionalism · Positioned for the Future
On 11–12 December, Award Global’s corporate departments and Branch Managers (BMs) convened for a two-day strategy conference focused on “2025 Review & 2026 Forecast”.
Each division presented a comprehensive performance review, while aligning on cross-team collaboration and strategic priorities for the year ahead.
In an increasingly complex and shifting market environment, the sessions reinforced one shared commitment: practical execution, professional standards, and sustainable growth.

20 Years On — A Milestone and a New Beginning
On 13 December, the 2025 Annual Conference was held at Sydney’s Wesley Conference Centre — an important moment to align direction and reinforce confidence across the Group.
Two core business divisions delivered their annual reviews and forward strategies:
Global Realty
reflected on key achievements in 2025 and outlined plans to further optimise its service chain, expand regional reach, and strengthen professional capability across teams in 2026.
Award Mortgage Solutions
reported steady growth throughout 2025 and announced its 2026 direction under the theme “Reshaping the Footprint, Driving New Growth” — expanding branch presence, growing its advisory team, and enhancing service efficiency for clients.
A highlight of the conference was the Award Ceremony, honouring outstanding teams and individuals whose performance and dedication shaped the year. In a rapidly evolving market, the Group reaffirmed a clear message to all staff: stay pragmatic, stay professional, and move forward with discipline.
Gala Night · Launching the Century Journey
That evening, the 20th Anniversary Gala was held at the ICC Sydney Grand Ballroom.
It was both a celebration of two decades of commitment and a formal launch of Award Global’s long-term century vision.
Several major group-level initiatives were unveiled:
a+ Member App
Officially launched at the gala, the a+ Member App represents a major step in Award Global’s one-stop financial & property services ecosystem.
The platform connects services, clients and business functions — enabling digital services, structured member benefits and a more seamless client experience.
20th Anniversary Brand Refresh
Award Global also unveiled its refreshed brand identity. The new logo draws on the Eastern philosophy of “square and circle” — structure and adaptability. The square symbolises discipline and credibility; the circle reflects inclusiveness and agility. It captures the essence of Award Global: trust built on rules, flexibility delivered with professionalism — and marks the visual starting point of its century journey.
Guest Addresses · Marking a Shared Milestone
Distinguished guests from Australia’s finance and property sectors joined the celebration.
Connective Group, Award Global’s long-standing 20-year partner, was represented by Executive Director Mark Haron, who reflected on two decades of collaboration. He noted that partnerships which endure market cycles are built on trust, aligned values and mutual growth.
Zach Wang, Sales Director of OSK Property, shared insights from multiple joint projects and recognised Award Global’s professionalism in execution, client stewardship and long-term market perspective.
Neil Li, CEO of Sterling Global, spoke from a developer’s standpoint, commending Award Global’s stability in managing complex projects and cross-border clients, describing the Group as a trusted long-term partner.
On stage, there was light and celebration.
Behind the scenes, there were twenty years of accumulated trust.
From Alignment to Action · Moving Forward with Trust
On 14 December, senior management and BMs visited one of Award Global’s current projects — Tallawong Green in Sydney — to discuss planning, location advantages and market outlook in depth.
The afternoon concluded with a team yacht activity, extending strategic dialogue into a more open setting — strengthening understanding and reinforcing trust.

Twenty years marks an important milestone.
