Description

We are seeking an experienced IT staff to oversee and optimize our company’s network systems and IT infrastructure. This role will be responsible for the management, maintenance, and troubleshooting of both local and international network environments, as well as ensuring the seamless operation of key IT systems and services.

Key Responsibility

1. Responsible for the planning, design, and requirement gathering of the company’s information systems or functional modules, as well as training, promoting usage, and ensuring smooth access to domestic and international networks.
2. Collaborate with business departments to fully understand business requirements and improvement suggestions, track digital process needs, and adjust, maintain, optimize, and upgrade existing functions based on these needs.
3. Manage the development and iteration of all IT systems.
4. Stay updated on industry trends and technological changes to provide strategic recommendations for system optimization.
5. Manage and maintain servers to ensure the stable operation of systems and the security of information and data.
6. Manage and maintain Microsoft 365 suite (Office 365, Teams, SharePoint, Exchange, etc.).
7. Oversee the operation and maintenance of application systems, including Salesforce, WordPress website, asset management systems, etc.
8. Manage daily office equipment operations, including installation of computer operating systems and office software, network troubleshooting, printer issue resolution, etc.
9. Provide employee support for IT-related issues.
10. Handle onboarding and offboarding processes for employees related to IT systems and equipment.

Job Requirement

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Network Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. English proficiency is required as a working language.
2. Over 5 years of experience in network infrastructure and system operations and maintenance, with a strong understanding of domestic and international network environments.
3. Proficient in managing Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud servers and troubleshooting server issues.
4. Knowledge of mainstream programming languages and logic, with expertise in Salesforce and Office 365; able to collaborate with business departments to advance IT projects.
5. Possess basic programming skills, with the ability to write scripts to improve operational efficiency.
6. Experience in project development is a plus.
